Placed an order, after one week without any updates I sent an email and also I called two times, two days in a row to see what's the problem. Both times I was assured somebody will call me back, nobody did. After another week I called again to find out that the transaction was flagged as suspicious and I was transferred to the company that handles the payment transfers only to find out that the order was cancelled just minutes before by the person from customer service who had answered my call in the first place. I still don't know what happened. One star is too much.
